The Silver Lake Institute is one of the few remaining communities in New York State that began as Methodist camp meeting grounds in the mid-1800s. It has an unique and interesting history. Not only does this book tell the Institute’s history, but it also shares photographs from the collection of a multi-generation member of the Silver Lake Institute.
